We’re a young, committed and fantastic team, always on the look-out for new creative challenges in the kitchen and fully committed to our guests in the service and hotel area. We are dedicated to training our next generation of staff, providing – in addition to day-to-day work in hotel and restaurant – a great opportunity to get a feel for the world of award-winning gastronomy. Part of the curriculum for our trainees is a one-month placement at the Hamburg hotel, Louis. C. Jacob.
We’re always looking for experienced waiting staff and temporary help. Right now we’re looking for an additional chef and pastry cook on a full-time or €450 basis.
